Department of Family Medicine

As part of an extensive university system, we provide more comprehensive services than available through most family practitioners. As clinical instructors at UMDNJ, our doctors must stay abreast of new developments in the medical field.

We emphasize the role of the family physician as the manager of the total care for our patients. We coordinate diagnoses, communicate with other health providers and provide treatment, referrals and consultations with specialists as needed. We focus on prevention and holistic care.
